Mercedes gave me the best deep facial. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Her hands are so gentle that the whole experience was very relaxing. My skin felt amazing afterward. I highly recommend her!

“I dont do that, thankyou” and hung up without letting me finish or saying bye. I called your business first time and patiently explained what I was looking for and you kept cutting me mid sentence and eventually said this and hung up.

We booked a $45 package originally listed as $90 for a haircut, conditioning treatment, and blow dry. Before going, we confirmed with the owner that there would be no extra charges. She clearly said nothing extra, just tip. That turned out to be completely false. We arrived at 5 PM and were told the nail technician would be back soon. She showed up at 7 PM. Two hours late with no apology or communication. When it came time for my friend’s haircut, the owner suddenly said it would cost $10 extra for a specific style. This was never mentioned in the Groupon deal or anywhere in the terms. When we questioned it, she started making excuses and saying she was already doing things for free. If you advertise a $90 service for $45, you are still expected to provide the full service, not a reduced version. The moment I spoke up, her attitude completely changed. She became rude and dismissive toward me while continuing to be overly nice to my friend who didn’t question anything. The difference in behavior was very obvious. By the end, even the results reflected this. My blow dry was rushed and poorly done compared to my friend’s. Same service, completely different outcome. Another issue is the address. The location listed on Groupon and Google is incorrect. We had to walk an extra 15 minutes to find the actual salon. Overall, we were treated as if we didn’t deserve proper service just because we used a deal. That is unprofessional and disrespectful. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I felt there was a lot of pressure to purchase extra add-on services and products for an additional cost when I was just looking for a standard treatment. It felt more like a sales pitch than a relaxing service. Additionally, I was told a tip was mandatory, which I found unnecessary as tipping should be at the customer's discretion. Overall, the work was okay, but the upselling and tipping policy made me uncomfortable enough that I likely won't be returning.
